Simon, holds a Master II in Private Law obtained at the University of Yaoundé II.

Previously Assistant Researcher in the Cameroonian subsidiary of an international legal study and research center, he joined the firm as Legal Counsel.

Having acquired a solid experience as Legal Counsel with an investment contract management company, Simon specializes in business contract law, corporate law, distribution law and investment law. His practice within the firm focuses on the legal audit of contracts, advice and legal and regulatory compliance.
