Holder of a Master II in Private Law obtained at the University of Yaoundé II-Soa, where he is an Associate Researcher, Boris is also certified from the OHADA Regional School of Magistracy in Corporate Restructuring.

 

Boris specializes in Corporate Law, Competition Law, Investment Law, Business Contract Law, Law of struggling companies, Banking and Financial Law.

 

Before joining DH Avocats, he worked in the legal department of a major Cameroonian brewing company, in a business law firm and as a Commitment Manager in a prestigious banking institution .

 

His practice within the firm focuses primarily on the areas of structuring and arranging of investment transactions, setting up complex contracts, legal auditing, consulting and legal and regulatory compliance.

 

Boris is fluent in French and English.
