Arnold joined the firm in 2017, after a great experience acquired with Globeleq Cameroon Management Services SA, Kribi Power Development Company SA and Dibamba Power Development Company SA, as an Assistant Lawyer in charge of legal, commercial and compliance affairs.

 

Holder of a Master's degree in Litigation and Business Arbitration from the Catholic University of Central Africa and a Master's in Business and Enterprise Law from the University of Dschang, Arnold supports the firm's clients in matters of business law advice.

 

Arnold has extensive experience in investment law, OHADA business law and energy law. In light of that experience, he actively participates in the negotiation and handling of major financing files, the negotiation of commercial partnerships, the management of the legal secretariat of companies and the legal assistance to Start-ups within the firm.
